- What we can/ can't do to improve our health

- What is available to us to positively impact our health

These beliefs often drive behaviors relative to health. Such deeply held beliefs about who we are, how we are, what we are capable of & the nature of life itself influence the way we perceive & address health challenges.

In order to truly become healthy, sometimes we have to suspend a belief & explore a new one.
